This policy explains how Ruihejin collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information.
1 Information We Collect
We collect identity data (name, company), contact data (email, phone), inquiry data (product specs, quantities), and technical data (IP, browser type). We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot detection.
2 How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to respond to inquiries, process orders, send transactional communications, deliver newsletters (opt-in), improve website functionality, and prevent fraud. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
3 Cookies
We use essential cookies (session, CAPTCHA, language) and optional analytics cookies (set with consent). No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
4 Data Security
256-bit TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access, regular security audits. Data stored in EU and US encrypted servers.
5 Your Rights
You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Email legal@ruihejin.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.

Terms of Service

By accessing ruihejin.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
1 Product Usage
All Ruihejin products are food products intended for human consumption, sold to food manufacturers, importers, wholesalers and private label brands. Buyers are responsible for confirming compliance with food import regulations in their destination country.
2 Ordering & Pricing
Pricing is provided per-inquiry on FOB or CIF basis. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed Proforma Invoice and 30% deposit.
3 Shipping & Documentation
Delivery timelines are estimates based on container booking and port conditions. Import duties, customs clearance and inland transportation are the buyer’s responsibility. Damage or short-shipment claims must be submitted within 7 days of arrival with photo evidence.
4 Limitation of Liability
Products are supplied with phytosanitary certificate, COA and packing list. Total liability shall not exceed the invoiced value of the affected goods.
5 Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes resolved through arbitration under CIETAC rules, or by mutual agreement under HKIAC rules.

Ruihejin supplies dried shiitake mushrooms and walnut products for the global food industry. Buyers are responsible for food import compliance in their destination market.
1 Product Classification
Our products are food ingredients produced under China SC food production license. They are not pharmaceuticals, supplements, cosmetics, or medical products. Specifications and certificates are provided for each shipment.
2 No Health Claims
Information on this website is for product description and trade reference only. We do not make medical or nutritional claims regarding the health effects of consuming our products.
3 Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for verifying that our products meet the food import regulations, labelling requirements and quality standards of their destination country. We provide phytosanitary certificates and laboratory test reports on request to support customs clearance.
4 Content Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or error-free. Crop-related parameters (color, size, moisture) may vary slightly between batches within the agreed specification range.
