Product Description
Premium dried flower shiitake mushrooms ("Hua Gu") with signature white star-shaped cracks on a thick, dark brown cap. Harvested in Shaanxi from late autumn to early winter when day-night temperature swings cause natural cap cracking — the defining mark of premium flower shiitake.
Each batch is graded by cap diameter (4-6 cm for this SKU), naturally sun-dried to ≤13% moisture, and inspected for broken rate and uniformity. No sulfites, no preservatives, no artificial drying agents.
